The Loud House debuted on Nickelodeon in May 2016 and centers on 11-year-old Lincoln Loud and his 10 sisters as he gives an inside look at what it takes to survive the chaos of a huge family. One of the longest-running animated series on Nickelodeon with 156 episodes, the property has also been translated into a comic book series, which continues to roll out new stories; chapter books; a digital album; and a podcast, Listen Out Loud. With Luan taken care of, Lincoln and Clyde get to work on their video with the sharkodile. After filming the scenes they need, Clyde, after altering the footage to make the scenes look more convincing, sends the footage to Katherine Mulligan and broadcasts it on the news, to which the Louds watch. After Lincoln excuses himself to get dressed, he calls up Clyde to tell him that the plan succeeded.

He has been sentenced to 300 hours of community service due to the property damage he caused; but on the upside, Luna and Sam have gotten back together and are going to go on their ski trip after all, Leni has been rehired at Reininger's and gotten her creative spark back, Luan has reconciled with Pop-Pop and has been re-booked for her Sunset Canyon gig, and the family's going to go to Miami after all. Lincoln's parents and sisters then surprise him by revealing that they fixed up the giant toboggan, and thanks to some cloud-seeding, Lisa manages to make it snow above their house. The movie ends on the Louds and Clyde riding the big toboggan down the hill at Tall Timbers Park.

At Fairway University, Lori receives the delivery, and opens it up to see her father's figgy pudding, where it reminds her too much of home and realizes she's making a mistake by not being with them for the holidays. Calling up Bobby, Lori asks him to drop her off in Royal Woods, but Bobby says that the mercado van isn't working, but realize that he can still drop her off with the mercado's moped. Lincoln and his best friend Clyde make a plan on how to get the family together for Christmas. They make Lori homesick, fool Luna into thinking that Mick wants to jam with her, build a Sharkodile out of Clyde's family's film props, and disguise themselves as elderly people at the Sunset Canyon Retirement Home to pull off pranks enough for Pop-Pop to cancel Luan's gig. Later on, while getting ready for the tree-lighting ceremony, Lincoln finds that he only made things worse for the family, having accidentally sprayed Lisa's custom-built Sharkodile repellent on Lynn Sr. causing him to not see straight, lose balance, and have unintelligible speech. The Loud House's portrayal of interracial gay married couple Howard and Harold McBride led the series to be nominated for Outstanding Individual Episode at the 28th GLAAD Media Awards and for Outstanding Kids & Family Programming at the 29th, 31st, 32nd and 35th GLAAD Media Awards.
